About the Role

Directs teams in conducting market research and analysis, identifying customer needs, and guiding the product lifecycle from planning to release. Establishes innovative best practices and partners with executives to define product direction, ensuring alignment across Lines of Business for product innovation and evolution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis across diverse product portfolios.
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and refine competitive strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions.
• Guide the product lifecycle from planning to release.
• Establish long-term initiatives for evolving the product roadmap for an extensive portfolio of products/features.
• Establish innovative best practices organization-wide.
• Champion an analytic framework for data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with key stakeholders at the executive level to define and drive product direction.
• Drive alignment across Lines of Business (LOB) to drive product innovation and evolution.
• Establish success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features.
• Provide strategic oversight to teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle.
• Guide the resolution development process for complex and/or high-stakes customer issues.
• Strategically coordinate delivery for the field team.
• Govern various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations.
