About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact between brands and Four Marketing, acting as the key account manager and relationship holder from a distribution perspective. Lead proactive meetings, maintain open dialogue about brand performance, and ensure positive relationships and excellent customer service. Forecast sales potential and report findings to Senior Brand Manager/Brand Management Director. Oversee Brand Assistants in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seasonal sales and annual targets are met.
- Negotiate OTBs with major accounts and indie stores.
- Forecast sales on short, medium, and long-term bases.
- Produce business plans and development strategies.
- Conduct customer visits to existing and prospective clients.
- Manage activities to drive sell-through, training, and stock analysis.
- Monitor in-store performance and report as necessary.
- Manage sample logistics from arrival to return, including sample sales or disposal.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring levels are within tolerance and managing stock disposal.
- Provide regular reporting to the supplier and deliver seasonal and market feedback.
- Report sales results and market conditions via approved formats.
- Utilize all resources, including press, marketing, and trade shows, to grow business.
- Liaise with the PR team and other subcontractors to communicate news and editorial to customers.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and promptly to avoid delivery delays.
- Understand the creditworthiness of new and existing clients and highlight those with poor credit.
- Maintain designated showroom areas to a high aesthetic standard in line with brand guidelines.

- Must regularly manage activities to drive sell through, training and stock analysis.
- Must remain constantly aware of in store performance – reporting these as necessary.
- Must manage sample management from arrival to return, sample sales, or off-price disposal.
- Must manage stock, ensuring level of stock within the company tolerance and stock is managed regularly including stock disposal off price partners.
- Must provide regular reporting to the supplier and ensure seasonal and market feedback is provided.
- Must report sales results and market conditions via approved reporting format.
- Must utilize all resources to grow business, press, marketing and trade shows.
- Must liaise with the Present (PR) team where relevant or other subcontractors to ensure flow of news and editorial is communicated to customers.
- Must ensure all orders are processed as per system guidelines in thorough and timely manner to ensure no delay to delivery.
- Must fully understand the credit worthiness of each potential new and existing client.
- Must maintain strong relationship with our credit control department to ensure amber list of those with poor credit are highlighted.
- Must ensure designated areas within the showroom are maintained to pleasing aesthetic and in line with brand guidelines supported by showroom staff.
