About the Role

The Supply Chain Senior Industrial Engineer will support the Global Field Operations (GFO) Supply Chain Industrial Engineering organization. This role focuses on applying advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to improve manufacturing, engineering, and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Applies advanced Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analysis, and decision tools to promote and implement changes in manufacturing engineering and service operations.
  • Develops models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation.
  • Applies advanced industrial engineering techniques and concepts to product and process design teams throughout all phases of product lifecycle.
  • Researches, designs, develops, improves, and implements processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality using advanced Lean and Industrial Engineering concepts.
  • Manages, defines, negotiates, and controls the scope, cost, and timing of projects and performs risk analysis.
  • Ensures project completion within budget.
  • Utilizes advanced engineering methods to develop optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Analyzes and designs value stream, including capability, capacity, throughput, work flow, and logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aerospace or similar preferred).
  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of working time.
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
  • Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
