About the Role

Responsible for promoting and selling Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Utilizes advanced product knowledge and sales experience to maximize sales within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products and services to individual customers by canvassing assigned territory.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products, features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Effectively communicate with customers and build rapport.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing, and competitive benefits.
• Frame responses to competitive offers to highlight Comcast's advantages.
• Create and execute turf management plans independently.
• Utilize experience-based sales techniques and operate independently.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of Comcast products.
• Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice and XFINITY Home.
• Possesses expert knowledge of selling that would be reflective of the position’s required relevant experience.
• Shows confidence in selling ability.
• Displays competent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates a consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment with emphasis on business to consumer sales.
• Possesses effective communication, organizational and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
• Illustrates strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases).
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
