About the Role
Opportunity available for an Upper Extremities & Sports Medicine Product Specialist in NSW. Based in Sydney, you will inherit the existing South-West Sydney & Nowra territory, and will be accountable for building customer connections, generating profitable revenue and growing our market share within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieving/exceeding territory revenue targets by identifying cross-selling opportunities, key decision-makers and analysing sales reports, and developing effective territory coverage plans
- Providing expert clinical and technical assistance to Surgeons and operating room staff during procedures, conducting product demonstrations and coordinating in-service training for healthcare professionals
- Building trust with surgeons, registrars, and procurement teams to foster long-term loyalty and market share growth
- Managing consignment inventory, billing, and the logistics of loan equipment
Requirements
- Degree qualified with minimum 1.5 to 2 years’ Orthopaedic sales experience and a strong record of exceeding territory sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen, an understanding of the local orthopaedic market, and a proven track record of building long lasting strategic relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders, convey complex technical information, negotiate and influence decision makers
- Proactive, with a strong team focus, highly organised with excellent time and prioritisation skills
- Frequent travel to hospitals across South-West Sydney & Nowra
- Must have rights to work in Australia
- Must have a reliable car
- Must have a valid Driver Licence
