About the Role
The Analyst role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing platform in a high-impact, high-responsibility position where you are trusted early, working directly with Vice Presidents, Principals, and Partners on high-stakes projects. Analysts are integral members of our investment team and play a key role across the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies post-investment.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role in the firm’s sourcing efforts through thematic research, proactive outreach, and relationship building with founders, executives, and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and apply a thoughtful, creative approach to origination.
- Drive the investment evaluation process, including market research, competitive analysis, customer and expert interviews, business analysis, and financial/transaction modeling.
- Produce high-quality analyses and materials, highlighting key insights and implications for the deal team.
- Prepare and present investment materials and recommendations to the firm’s Investment Committee.
- Support value creation efforts, including growth strategy, product expansion, execution, team augmentation, and capital planning.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with ongoing financial and strategic analysis.
Requirements
- Current college seniors (Class of 2027) for this entry-level analyst position.
- Strong academic track record, ideally with a degree from a top-tier university.
- Strong analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to produce high-quality, insight-driven analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior management teams and internal leadership.
- A self-starter mindset and entrepreneurial orientation.
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-impact, fast-paced environment.
- A voracious appetite to learn, insatiable curiosity, and a genuine interest in business and how companies work.
