About the Role
Champion is seeking motivated sales representatives to help families transform their homes with energy-efficient, beautiful solutions. This role provides pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling, and includes comprehensive paid training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to build trust and educate customers
- Identify customer needs and utilize the company's proven sales presentation
- Negotiate and close sales
- Participate in daily sales training meetings and coaching sessions
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Competitive, driven, and assertive personality
- Strong communication and self-discipline skills
