About the Role

Support the Publications & Participations interface in preparing and executing the distribution of the annual Munich Security Report (MSR) and various projects for the main conference in 2026. Gain insights into participant management, sensitive data maintenance, participant research, and MSR distribution. Collaborate with different MSC departments, communicate directly with participants, and liaise with embassies, authorities, and service providers. Create invitations, coordinate registration, develop concepts, and contribute to event planning and execution. Learn project management fundamentals for international political conferences and gain insight into the organization of the world's largest security policy forum, international diplomacy, and protocol.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute the distribution of the annual Munich Security Report (MSR).
Support various projects within the main conference.
Manage participant relations.
Maintain sensitive data in the MSC database.
Research participants and relevant data sets.
Communicate directly with participants.
Liaise with embassies, authorities, and service providers.
Create invitations.
Coordinate registration.
Develop concepts for events.
Contribute to event planning and execution.
Learn project management fundamentals for international political conferences.

Requirements
