Responsibilities

• Organize photo/video shoots and produce on-brand content.
• Collaborate with the HR team for internal events/content.
• Work with 3D visualizers for consistent posts on social media.
• Manage photoshoot logistics for high-quality results.
• Engage daily with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Track brand sentiment and manage relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with PR agency to identify influencers and manage partnerships.
• Ensure alignment of social campaigns with broader promotional activities.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, influencers).
• Regularly update company profile and content reflecting current projects and trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media and content creation (hospitality/F&B/lifestyle).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with editing tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools.
