About the Role
Own secure, multi-tenant infrastructure end-to-end, from GitOps to compliance controls, in a hands-on, fast-paced role shaping one of the most ambitious applications of AI today.
Responsibilities
- Own the GitOps deployment backbone on Argo CD for continuous and safe shipping across multiple clusters.
- Manage Kubernetes on AWS (EKS) across production environments.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/OpenTofu and Terragrunt.
- Establish multi-tenant, per-customer isolation with fully isolated, compliant environments.
- Maintain security and compliance posture, including secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure hardening.
- Implement and manage observability tools for telemetry, metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
- Ensure reliability, manage incident response, and develop operational runbooks.
- Automate CI/CD and release processes.
- Enhance developer experience for efficient deployment and debugging.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure.
- Experience owning production systems, including multi-tenant or customer-specific environments.
- Deep fluency with Kubernetes, a major cloud provider (AWS preferred), GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven ability to balance speed, security, cost, and reliability.
- Experience operating under formal security or compliance regimes (SOC2, HIPAA, or similar) is a plus.
- Hands-on approach with no interest in a purely architectural role.
- Ability to explain complex tradeoffs simply and avoid over-engineering.
