About the Role
Serve as the point of contact between TTG, the commercial team, and Legal for all Full Time Employee talent projects. Liaise with HRBPs for FTE involvement approval in talent projects, complete social media checks on selected internal talent, and partner with TTG Commercial team members to track and ensure fulfillment of contracts and invoices. Liaise with the legal team on program details and talent agreements, ensuring completion and processing of talent service agreements, releases, and other business/legal documents. Keep commercial trackers up-to-date with the TTG Commercial team's help and liaise with Finance stakeholders to manage, track, and report revenue and reconcile expenses. Administer and oversee workflow efficiencies across the department. Some understanding of branded content and experience pricing talent for activations is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Complete social media check on selected internal talent
- Partner with TTG Commercial team members to track and ensure fulfillment of contracts prior to providing services as well as invoices, etc.
- Liaise with legal team on program details and talent agreements
- Ensure completion and processing of talent service agreements, releases and other business/legal documents relating to the production of content and booking of talent
- Ensure all commercial trackers are up to date with the help of TTG Commercial team members
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the Finance departments to manage/track/report all revenue and project/reconcile expenses
- Administer and oversee workflow efficiencies across the department
Requirements
- 2-5 years of business and legal experience
- Strong communication skills
- Team player, eager to cooperate and collaborate with counterparts in the internal organization
- Detailed-oriented, highly organized, ability to multi-task and follow strict deadlines
- Proven ability to manage relationships, problem-solve, and drive processes forward for change
Skills
- Some understanding of branded content
- Experience pricing talent for activations including, sponsorships, advertising, paid + organic social posts, video, events and native is preferred
