As a Retail Expert, you will be responsible for empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves, combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You will adapt your style to suit customer needs and work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs.

Requirements
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Ideally experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.
- Aspire to be part of a disruptive and growing beauty brand.
- Love all things Charlotte Tilbury and spread the word.
