About the Role

This role is within the Airport division, responsible for ensuring JCDecaux assets are posted, cleaned, and maintained to the highest standard. The Technician will report to the Operations Manager and adhere to JCDecaux and Heathrow's health, safety, quality, and sustainability procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install advertising displays at high and low levels within different terminals and areas across the Heathrow estate.
• Fully clean all JCDecaux assets inside and outside of all terminals in the Heathrow environment.
• Ensure all digital and non-digital assets are well maintained, in safe working order, and clearly displaying all digital content.
• Undertake all required repairs to each JCDecaux asset.
• Report all faults and deficiencies across the entirety of the estate.
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to work activities and show proactive engagement within the wider Airport team.
• Provide the operations night manager with required reports following weekly inspections.
• Complete all required training courses.
• Correctly use the supplied PDA to complete job completion and photographic evidence.
• Demonstrate the correct use of all MEWP and other operating machinery.
• Work within Health & Safety guidelines and safe systems of work, escalating accidents, hazards, and near misses immediately.
• Complete all H&S forms (FRM080 & FRM110) within the allocated timeframe.
• Maintain, report defects, and always wear the correct protective clothing (PPE) required for each task.
• Report actual and suspicious behavior immediately to Heathrow security.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle and issued tools.
• Complete daily vehicle checks through the company application.
