About the Role

As an Event Technician with a focus on Audio, you will be directly involved in events, responsible for the professional use of audio technology. You will handle setup, operation, and dismantling on-site, ensuring smooth event flows with your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee events on-site, managing the setup, operation, and dismantling of audio technology.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all audio-related matters on-site.
• Set up audio systems, program and operate audio consoles, and ensure optimal implementation of audio concepts.
• Inspect, maintain, and manage audio equipment, ensuring its operational readiness.
• Coordinate external service providers as needed and assist with material and logistics planning.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and project/event management.
• Ensure compliance with defined quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist for event technology, event manager, or a degree in event management or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on audio-media technology.
• Sales-oriented and economically minded approach.
• Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
• Initial experience in leading employees.
• High flexibility regarding working hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Knowledge of Easyjob is an advantage.
