About the Role
As a Veranstaltungstechniker with a focus on video, you will be directly involved in events, responsible for the professional use of video technology. You will handle the setup, support, and safe operation of video equipment, ensuring smooth event execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding video and AV media technology inquiries.
- Manage the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events with a focus on video technology.
- Create quotes and coordinate external service providers, including material, video, and logistics planning.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and continuously develop them.
- Inspect, manage, and maintain deployed video materials and associated technology, ensuring readiness for use.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist for event technology, event manager, or a degree in event management.
- Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on video media technology.
- Sales-oriented and economically minded approach.
- Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Initial experience in leading employees.
- High flexibility regarding working hours.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Knowledge of Easyjob is advantageous.
