About the Role

Assist the field team and external companies in delivering high quality professionally edited photographs and accurate floor plans for marketing purposes within agreed timescales.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD, including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.
• Ensure all floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
• Edit photographs to a consistent high standard in line with marketing expectations.
• Ensure a consistent finish, focused on agreed quality expectations.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI targets and agreed project volumes.
• Liaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure their deliverables meet the company and standards.
• Collaborate with the photography team to ensure floor plans integrate well with property marketing materials.
• Take on additional design work as required including: Telephone/Email queries, Quality Control for other design assets, Video Editing, Virtual Staging, Virtual Tours/3D.

Requirements

• High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings and photo edits.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Punctual, professional and well-presented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software as required.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
