About the Role
As a Technical Supervisor for Event Technology, you will be the central point of contact between hotels, end customers, regional management, and sales. You will be responsible for the technical implementation of events, managing revenue targets, and coordinating personnel and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct contact for hotels and end customers regarding all AV media technology matters.
- Take responsibility for the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events.
- Create offers and manage external service providers, including material and logistics planning.
- Plan, manage, and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotels.
- Plan personnel deployment in close coordination with regional management.
- Collaborate closely with regional management and sales managers.
- Ensure and further develop defined quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist for event technology, event manager, or a degree in the event sector.
- Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology.
- Sales-oriented and economic mindset.
- Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Initial experience in leading employees.
- High flexibility regarding working hours.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Knowledge of Easyjob is an advantage.
