About the Role

Encore develops event experiences that inspire, engage, and drive change within organizations. As a global leader in event production, the Encore team delivers results through strategy, creativity, innovative technology, digital solutions, and concepts for hybrid, virtual, and in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all AV media technology matters.
• Manage the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events.
• Prepare quotes, manage service providers, and plan materials and logistics.
• Plan and achieve revenue targets for assigned hotels.
• Coordinate personnel scheduling with regional management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Possess a qualification as a specialist for event technology, event manager, or in electrical engineering, or related fields, studies, or further training.
• Have several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology.
• Demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset.
• Exhibit a strong service mentality and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Easjob experience is desirable.
• Possess CAD knowledge.
