About the Role
Nova Post Europe is expanding its operations across 16 European countries and is seeking a Postal Branch Operator (m/w/d) for a mini-job position. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service and managing shipment processes within our growing European project.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Consult customers on shipping services and available solutions.
- Receive, process, sort, scan, and hand over shipments.
- Check parcels for packaging, labeling, weight, and dimensions.
- Create and process waybills and shipment documentation in the system.
- Enter and update shipment information in internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Fluency in Ukrainian language.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
