About the Role

Seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in designing, specifying, and validating AI-driven automation and Gen AI workflows, prompts, and decision logic. Exposure to the London Market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and communicate specifications based on business requirements.
• Clarify and provide examples for specifications as needed.
• Evaluate multiple requests using MoSCoW prioritization.
• Prepare and present recommendations for productization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts, offering support and sharing expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within the insurance industry.
• Experience designing, specifying, and validating agentic workflows, prompts, and decision logic for AI-driven automation and Gen AI use cases.
• Exposure to the London Market is preferred but not mandatory.
