About the Role

Join the Supporter Revenue Platform team as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on business-facing tooling for the Contact Centre, Help Centre, Finance, and operational systems. You will work across the full technology stack including AWS, Salesforce, BigQuery, Zuora, Stripe, PayPal, and GoCardless.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features in Salesforce, integrating with internal services and third-party software.
  • Provide third-line support for complex queries.
  • Modernize the deployment pipeline and testing processes within agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to rapidly iterate and release new features.
  • Participate in product and technical decision-making.
  • Utilize Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
  • Ensure the Contact Centre has necessary Salesforce Service Cloud tooling.
  • Improve the Help Centre's utility and deflect customer contacts.
  • Enable Finance staff to access data and generate revenue reports.
  • Ensure operational systems warehouse data comprehensively and reliably to BigQuery.
  • Meet external auditor requirements for the technology stack.

Requirements

  • Experience working with the Salesforce platform, including best practices, engineering principles, and features.
  • Collaborative approach, comfortable working with stakeholders to implement meaningful changes.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist are not essential, but similar demonstrated experience is valued.
