About the Role
Join the Supporter Revenue Platform team as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on business-facing tooling for the Contact Centre, Help Centre, Finance, and operational systems. You will work across the full technology stack including AWS, Salesforce, BigQuery, Zuora, Stripe, PayPal, and GoCardless.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features in Salesforce, integrating with internal services and third-party software.
- Provide third-line support for complex queries.
- Modernize the deployment pipeline and testing processes within agile methodologies.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to rapidly iterate and release new features.
- Participate in product and technical decision-making.
- Utilize Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
- Ensure the Contact Centre has necessary Salesforce Service Cloud tooling.
- Improve the Help Centre's utility and deflect customer contacts.
- Enable Finance staff to access data and generate revenue reports.
- Ensure operational systems warehouse data comprehensively and reliably to BigQuery.
- Meet external auditor requirements for the technology stack.
Requirements
- Experience working with the Salesforce platform, including best practices, engineering principles, and features.
- Collaborative approach, comfortable working with stakeholders to implement meaningful changes.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist are not essential, but similar demonstrated experience is valued.
