Responsibilities
- Growing the business for the SFT franchise
- Representing the company at conferences and being able to comfortably participate in panels, promoting the business and promoting market advocacy
- Responsible for market engagement, ensuring Cboe Clear is close to key market and regulatory developments and analyzing the change, impact and/or opportunity to develop partnerships and new strategies
- Support to colleagues in the Commercial & Business Development team on cross product sales and expertise in SFT, while working closely with the wider Product Management and SFT Operations in the overall maintenance and roll-out of the SFT product
Requirements
- Over 10 years financial services industry experience particularly within the SFT industry
- Knowledge of front office and post trade functionality in securities finance transactions by having worked for a related securities lending infrastructure service provider, agent lender or borrower, in a sales, relationship or client management role
- Experience in a Market Infrastructure or Investment Banks, with knowledge of front office and post trade functionality, in cash equities (essential) and equity derivatives and ETFs (desirable)
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities are required, along with the capacity to create client presentations and develop comprehensive business cases
- Demonstrated expertise in networking and cultivating professional relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities
