About the Role

Join us in building the operational backbone of our German market! As an instrumental part of our team, this role is designed to spearhead operational advancements through the power of data-driven insights and local intelligence. Your mission? Uncover untapped opportunities, streamline our processes for peak efficiency, and orchestrate seamless roll-outs of improvements. Embrace the leadership mantle by driving impactful projects and steering product feature enhancements.

Responsibilities

Translate real-world feedback from drivers and fleet partners into business cases that drive product and process innovation.
Design and implement end-to-end strategies to optimize passenger and driver experience, using data to identify and solve systemic bottlenecks.
Own large-scale projects from conception to post-launch evaluation to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.
Coordinate the launch of new cities and the introduction of new mobility segments in line with the expansion roadmap.
Identify, negotiate, and scale relationships with major fleet owners and cooperatives.
Manage the development and continuous improvement of operational processes and tools.
Lead local operations forums and manage a complex matrix of central stakeholders to negotiate priorities and secure buy-in for high-impact operational changes.

Requirements

5+ years in a high-growth startup or fast-paced operations environment.
Track record of owning operational workstreams and delivering market-level results.
Proven capability to take full ownership of complex initiatives, effectively aligning diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus and deliver permanent solutions.
Ability to navigate large datasets and extract actionable insights that steer operational strategy and drive meaningful business improvements.
Understanding of marketplace unit economics and the ability to balance growth with profitability.
Exceptional structured work approach with experience in designing and auditing operational frameworks to ensure quality and scalability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German (C1) and English.
Professional maturity to handle internal and external negotiations.
