About the Role
Support our HR team in the DACH region with daily operations and gain exciting insights into all areas of Human Resources Management. Actively participate in exciting HR projects and conduct independent research, analyses, and evaluations on various personnel topics. Gradually take on more responsibility and own areas of responsibility, preparing you optimally for an entry-level position in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the DACH region in daily operations.
- Work with HR managers on personnel support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to onboarding and learning & development.
- Assist with the creation of employment references.
- Engage in employee surveys and internal policies.
- Address other HR-related issues.
- Actively participate in exciting HR projects.
- Conduct independent research, analyses, and evaluations on various personnel topics.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and own areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Currently in at least the 3rd semester of a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Personnel Management or Human Resources.
- Previous practical experience in HR, such as an internship or working student position, is advantageous.
- Alternatively, have gained experience in a commercial environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of numbers, data, and interrelationships.
- Communicative personality.
- Structured, careful, and detail-oriented way of working.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Proactive and willing to take responsibility.
- Comfortable in an international environment.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week during the semester (ideally 20 hours).
- Willingness to spend the majority of working time at our locations in Munich or Berlin.
