About the Role
We are working on the biggest lever in European climate protection – the existing building stock of private homeowners. With customized solutions for millions of homeowners, we implement energy efficiency renovation projects holistically and thus form the infrastructure for climate-neutral living.
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with our founders on the strategic business development of Enter.
- Identification and evaluation of growth opportunities and new business models.
- Initiation and implementation of projects to optimize company processes and increase efficiency.
- Independent planning and control of innovative projects that contribute to the scaling of Enter.
- Continuous market observation and analysis of competitive activities to derive growth strategies.
- Creative presentation and communication of project ideas to convince stakeholders.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic or scientific discipline from a top university, ranking among the best of your year.
- First practical experience from internships or working student positions in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment, such as a high-growth start-up, VC environment, strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong analytical skills, talent for data analysis, and ability to develop well-founded strategic recommendations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivation to actively build a venture, and interest in commercial topics like sales, growth, and go-to-market.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex issues precisely and understandably to various stakeholders.
- Team player with high social competence, enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
- Very good language skills in German and English.
