Responsibilities
- Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies by evaluating digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
- Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD.
- Be responsible for the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures.
- Apply comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends like cloud computing and microservices.
- Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures.
- Integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Help clients harness the full potential of AI in their technology landscape.
Requirements
- Have a degree, or be close to graduation, in computer science, informatics, software engineering, information technology or in a related field.
- Gained first practical experience in the IT world, e.g., via internships or student jobs.
- Initial knowledge of IT Consulting is an advantage.
- Know that modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are essential to sustainable IT architectures.
- Have initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
- Motivated to further develop AI fluency in practice.
- Have broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
- Feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- Be flexible and willing to travel.
- Be good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English.
