About the Role

Responsibilities

• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, balancing technical solutions and client needs.
• Develop groundbreaking projects using agile methods and modern approaches for strategic IT implementation.
• Facilitate tailored, future-oriented customer journeys through precise analysis and consideration of market trends like machine learning.
• Design and optimize IT architectures for enterprise solutions, custom software, and digital solutions, including cyber resilience.
• Leverage AI tools on client projects and support clients in building their own AI capabilities within an AI-enabled environment.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in IT Consulting.
• Understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
• Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and eagerness to deepen AI fluency.
• Enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and developing/sharing solutions.
• Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in German and English.
