About the Role
Join us in shaping the next generation of AI-driven architectures for leading organizations worldwide. Design agentic platforms, autonomous delivery pipelines, and intelligent systems that translate enterprise knowledge into scalable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of AI-driven target architectures, including LLM orchestration, agentic AI, and harness engineering in autonomous software factories.
- Integrate AI approaches into enterprise landscapes for scalability and measurable business impact.
- Develop rule sets, toolchains, evaluation frameworks, and CI/CD integrations for coding agents across the SDLC.
- Build modern software delivery approaches, including DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business intent into precise, testable specifications for agent execution.
- Support the design of evaluation and governance mechanisms for secure, transparent, and compliant AI systems.
- Communicate architectures and results clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed or near-completion of a degree in computer science, business informatics, business mathematics, mathematics, AI engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) through academic work, internships, projects, or personal experiments.
- Understanding of concepts such as agent loops, evaluation and observability, MCP, deep agents, or AI-native architectures.
- Initial experience with agent evaluation, observability tools (e.g., Langfuse, LangSmith), or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is ideal.
- Enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and developing/communicating solutions.
- Thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global environments.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex topics confidently in both languages.
