About the Role
We are looking for an experienced engineer who is comfortable working across the full stack to transform complex audit workflows into reliable products. You will be responsible for picking up whatever a problem requires, from the data model to the interface to the agents behind it, and shipping functional solutions even when there is no existing reference implementation.
Responsibilities
- Build interfaces for auditors, collaborating with design to create effortless user flows.
- Develop and enhance core product agents, including their harnesses and evaluation pipelines.
- Ensure the reliability and debuggability of long-running workflows, enabling rapid detection of failures.
- Utilize AI in your own workflow to increase speed, while maintaining high standards for output.
- Contribute to technical discussions and RFCs, and collaborate with product management on feature definition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production web applications across the full stack.
- Proficiency in writing production APIs and designing data models that support multi-tenancy and load.
- Strong frontend development skills with the ability to build complex UIs.
- Understanding of LLM agents, including agents, harnesses, tool use, and quality measurement via evals.
- Ability to stay current with AI advancements and integrate new tools to improve efficiency.
- Strong product mindset and a commitment to owning outcomes.
- Experience making architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and building extensible systems.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to solve problems from first principles.
- Hands-on experience building agents, harnesses, or eval pipelines (nice-to-have).
- Experience with data-dense or workflow-heavy B2B products (nice-to-have).
- Experience scaling multi-tenant systems (nice-to-have).
- Experience in audit, finance, compliance, or other high-stakes domains (nice-to-have).
- Experience in an early-stage startup or fast-moving engineering environment (nice-to-have).
