About the Role

We are seeking a working student for Customer Service at our Berlin location. You will administratively process incoming customer inquiries, support efficient and customer-oriented handling of routine requests, and manage complaint resolution. You will also identify complaint trends and contribute to root cause analysis and the development of preventive and corrective actions.
