About the Role

Partnering with a fast-moving AI-driven platform company transforming how businesses interact with data and automate workflows. The technology enables seamless integration, real-time automation, and AI-powered decision-making. Seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to design and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise clients, blending engineering expertise with consultative architecture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable workflows, connectors, and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Develop robust solutions using Python or Java, leveraging AI agents for code generation.
• Review and own the final code.
• Assess gaps and define outcomes for client projects.
• Map system architecture, draw specifications, and design scalable workflows.
• Apply traditional solution architecture principles to ensure reliability and performance.
• Lead technical workshops, communicate recommendations clearly, and maintain a consultative approach throughout delivery.
• Manage data pipelines and apply strong knowledge of data principles, including data warehousing and data lakes.
• Feed deployment learnings into product roadmap and documentation.

Requirements

• 3 years in software engineering and solution architecture for B2B platforms (data/AI/automation preferred).
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Strong understanding of data principles (warehousing and data lakes).
• Familiarity with APIs, event-driven patterns, and secure configuration management.
• Ability to assess gaps, define outcomes, and recommend changes for evolving projects.
• Skilled at drawing system designs and workflows that scale.
• Excellent communication, client-facing confidence, and ability to thrive in high-stakes delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, and MLOps is a plus.
