About the Role
Lead in-house OOW Operations in the Berlin-Potsdam-Cottbus region, ensuring vehicle availability, driver efficiency, and operational continuity while minimizing costs and maximizing revenue. Supervise Shift Leads, 3PL, and charging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-house OOW Operations in region (Berlin-Potsdam-Cottbus).
- Ensure vehicles are available in the right locations at the right times.
- Ensure drivers are working efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality KPIs.
- Plan to ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure administration of internal procedures.
- Seek to minimize costs and maximize revenue through deploying operational levers.
- Supervise the Shift Leads and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), charging infrastructure, and all the related dimensions of keeping vehicles available.
- Perform tasks when required.
Requirements
- Initial experience in logistics, mechanics, warehouse operations, or a similar operational environment.
- Confident team player with the ability to support colleagues.
- First exposure to leading a small team is ideal.
- Comfortable driving a van and working on the streets to maintain a healthy fleet of scooters and ebikes.
- Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of shift planning.
- Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory.
