About the Role
redalpine is seeking a creative, independent-minded, and driven part-time Communications Associate (60%) to help tell the stories of the companies they back and their own. This role offers a front-row seat to Europe's most exciting startup stories and a chance to shape the perception of one of Europe's leading venture capital firms.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute redalpine's communications across channels, leading on LinkedIn and experimenting beyond.
- Craft engaging content across formats including blog posts, portfolio announcements, website copy, and partner thought leadership.
- Plan and deliver redalpine's events, from intimate founder and LP gatherings to major ecosystem conferences.
- Produce clear, visually strong materials in Canva and similar tools to support campaigns, events, and brand moments.
- Track performance across channels and continuously improve communication and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, ideally in the startup, tech, VC, or finance world.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus).
- Proven talent for LinkedIn strategy and newsletter creation, with creativity to experiment beyond established channels.
- Track record of planning and coordinating events with a strong creative and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in Canva or Photoshop to produce clear, compelling visuals.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance storytelling and streamline work.
- Organized and proactive, with the confidence to set your own agenda and work without close management.
