About the Role
As a working student, you will support our global FP&A team with projects and daily business. Your maximum working hours will be 20 hours per week during lecture periods, with the possibility of more during semester breaks. You will gain insights into a modern, internationally operating company and take on responsible tasks, actively shaping your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of financial and data analyses for B+L Global Operations to identify key deviations, trends, and recommended actions.
- Communicate internationally with our locations and departments to support monthly and quarterly closings.
- Participate in the annual budget planning process for production costs of internal and external suppliers.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automating financial reports and processes using AI tools (Copilot Agents, Power Query, API, etc.) and optimizing existing Power BI management reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on Finance, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, or similar (ideally with more than 1 year of study remaining).
- Detailed planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Independent and results-oriented work approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, recognize interdependencies, and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
