About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and source candidates through various channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications, sharing relevant CVs with recruiters.
- Coordinate and conduct screening calls between potential candidates and the recruitment team.
- Manage a pipeline of candidates and maintain detailed records of candidate progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the in-house system.
- Provide ad hoc assistance in scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience and fit.
- Complete ad hoc tasks to assist recruiters in successful hires and recruitment projects.
- Help produce market research documentation for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous experience, ideally in a related role in recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for clear and effective communication at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Self-motivated, committed, highly productive, with a flexible approach and ability to work within a team.
