About the Role
This role involves the acquisition of properties and projects in the Berlin region, sourcing and presenting investment opportunities to investors, and managing projects from acquisition through to marketing. You will be responsible for economic and cash flow calculations, clarifying building rights and land usability, and preparing location and market analyses.
Responsibilities
- Managing the acquisition of properties and projects in the Berlin region.
- Sourcing and presenting investment opportunities to investors.
- Independently handling managed projects from purchase, conception, and planning to marketing.
- Independently performing economic and cash flow calculations.
- Clarifying building rights and land usability.
- Creating location and market analyses and related feasibility studies.
- Arranging necessary architectural and engineering services in various project phases.
- Independently conducting contract negotiations and agreements with third parties involved in the project.
- Assuming overall economic responsibility for managed projects.
- Designing usage concepts within the architect and engineering team.
- Optimizing construction projects during the project phase, including clarifying building law framework conditions.
- Planning control and development.
- Coordinating marketing and sales.
- Managing monthly project reporting and preparing liquidity or cash flow plans.
- Close collaboration with the internal project team (project managers, financiers, landlords, etc.).
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Real Estate Management or a Master's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering with additional qualification in Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in the independent execution of real estate projects in the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
- Very good market knowledge.
- Very good Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of public and private building law.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with fundamental technical know-how.
- An absolutely professional and reliable demeanor.
- Diplomatic skill, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
- A high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility.
- Strong team and communication skills.
