About the Role
As a Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiomyopathy (m/f/d) in the Berlin & South Brandenburg region, you will be responsible for selling our innovative cardiological product to hospitals and practices. You will develop a deep understanding of your accounts' stakeholders and networks, analyze patient pathways from initial symptoms to diagnosis and therapy initiation, and identify customer needs. You will advise physicians on a technically sound level, mastering modern sales techniques, omnichannel strategies, and digital channels. Ensuring an optimal customer experience, you will continuously improve customer support and maintain close communication with colleagues. Working within a cross-functional team with Medical, Access, and Marketing colleagues, you will develop specific territory plans and implement coordinated measures. Trustful collaboration and deepening existing business relationships form the basis of your success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sale of our innovative cardiological product in clinics and practices.

Requirements
- Sales experience in cardiology.
- Ability to argue convincingly from both a scientific and sales perspective.
- Good English language skills for trainings and scientific publications.
- Proficient in modern communication technologies and sales analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills to build new customer contacts and deepen existing business relationships.
- Constructive and strategic thinking.
- Well-organized, self-reliant, and team-oriented work style.
- Experience in agile teams or enthusiasm to learn and apply agile methodologies.
- Experience conducting virtual events and utilizing omnichannel channels to reach target audiences.
- Registered as a Pharmaceutical Representative according to § 75 AMG.
- Completed a science degree or certified as a Pharmaceutical Representative.
