About the Role

This role sits at the centre of Grant Thornton's ambition to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sustainable growth, helping to proactively protect revenue, strengthen key relationships, and unlock new growth opportunities across the firm. We’re looking for a commercially minded individual who thrives on turning insight into action and influencing outcomes across a complex stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of our client retention program, focused on protecting and growing high value and at risk clients
  • Conduct client conversations and feedback sessions to surface risk, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities
  • Own client conversation reporting, translating feedback, themes and risk signals into actionable recommendations for Partners and leadership
  • Own and evolve our Client Voice survey program to ensure issues are identified early and acted on
  • Partner with Service Line, Industry and BD teams to embed client retention into growth plans
  • Support pricing and renewal conversations to protect margin while retaining key relationships
  • Prepare CEO and leadership insight packs for strategic client engagement
  • Leverage marketing technology and data platforms to enable more effective, insight-led decisions
  • Drive adoption of tools and processes that enable faster, better client decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience in client management, business development or strategic program delivery
  • Proven ability to translate data and insights into commercial outcomes
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of pricing and revenue drivers
  • Strong project management and execution capability
  • Comfort working with data, systems and client insight tools
