About the Role

AM&D Japan is seeking a core member to drive sales maximization through new channel development and channel management, focusing on accelerating business growth and market expansion for products like ePatch. This role involves building new channel strategies, optimizing existing ones, and expanding into new areas such as home healthcare, remote monitoring, and health screening.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategies for AM&D products.
  • Lead the establishment of new channels, including partner selection, contracting, and revenue generation.
  • Maximize growth in existing channels through performance management and improvement.
  • Build scalable business models through channels in collaboration with sales, marketing, and global teams.
  • Plan and develop new channels in areas like home healthcare, remote monitoring, and corporate services.
  • Select and develop target partners including medical institutions, distributors, insurance companies, and digital health companies.
  • Design sales models and partnership schemes that align with market needs.
  • Generate initial deals and support their launch.
  • Manage sales and KPIs for existing channel partners.
  • Monitor sales funnels, deal status, and conversion rates.
  • Identify and address challenges for each partner.
  • Continuously review and optimize channel strategies.
  • Plan and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Design mutually beneficial business models and revenue structures.
  • Foster relationships and long-term collaboration with partners.
  • Generate and drive deals through channels.
  • Lead and close key deals.
  • Drive sales maximization in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and channel structures.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Develop channel strategies based on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Generate demand and leads in collaboration with marketing.
  • Localize channel strategies in coordination with global teams.
  • Support channel setup during New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Visualize and review sales pipelines.
  • Analyze coverage, conversion rates, and deal progress.
  • Identify risks of not meeting AOP early and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in corporate sales, channel sales, or business development within the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Experience in channel/partner areas, including agency sales and partner sales.
  • Experience in establishing new channels.
  • Experience in driving alliances and business partnerships.
  • Sales/BD experience in the medical device/healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of home healthcare, remote monitoring, and digital health sectors.
  • Experience with KPI management, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience in business model design and business planning.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams.
