About the Role
Mercury is seeking senior full-stack engineers to join its growing product engineering group. The team is focused on creating lovable products that solve customer pain points in the banking and fintech industry, offering a "startup within a startup" environment with a strong sense of product ownership.
Responsibilities
- Feel a strong sense of product ownership and actively seek responsibility.
- Work in an autonomous environment on a close-knit team.
- Partner closely with designers and product leaders to ship lovable experiences.
- Join a team of experienced product engineers within one of Mercury's product groups.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of full-stack development experience.
- Empathizes with users and can channel their perspective to build lovable products.
- Can balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions to accomplish goals.
- Actively incorporates AI tools into their workflow and is excited about leveraging them.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional counterparts.
