Mercury is seeking backend and full-stack engineers to join their product engineering group. The role involves working autonomously on a close-knit team to ship lovable experiences by partnering with designers and product leaders, aiming to transcend the status quo for banking and fintech software.
Responsibilities
- Feel a strong sense of product ownership and actively seek responsibility.

- Join a small but mighty team of experienced product engineers within one of Mercury product groups.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Experience building and shipping new products.
- Can balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions to accomplish goals.
- Actively incorporates AI tools into their workflow and is excited about leveraging them to amplify their impact.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional counterparts.
