Take on leadership or participation in projects with a focus on technical steering, with particular attention to quality assurance in Data Science and Prompt Engineering.
Conceive and implement internal training to deepen team knowledge and promote continuous learning within the company.
Actively participate in relevant conferences and give presentations to share acquired knowledge and act as an expert and representative of our company.
Support the marketing team in customer acquisition and sales through compelling presentations (pitches) of technical solutions.
Sketch architectural diagrams for Generative AI solutions.

Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a natural science degree.
Fluent communication skills in German and English.
Willingness to travel as part of consulting activities.
Experience in developing Generative AI models and their application in real projects.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts understandably.
Out-of-the-box thinking.
High commitment to continuous learning and testing new tools and technologies.
Very good knowledge in coding and software development (Python, object-oriented).
Proficiency with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Expertise in OpenAI API/Aleph Alpha API and HuggingFace.
Ideally, experience in probabilistic modeling, text processing & NLP, transformers, conversational AI, stable diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, operation of local (open source) foundation models & finetuning.
