About the Role

We are looking for you starting immediately at one of our German locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, or Essen!

Responsibilities

  • You will shape and lead challenging Data Science projects in an interdisciplinary team.
  • You will identify customer needs and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
  • You will extract crucial data from customer datasets for the task at hand.
  • You will create innovative solutions using modern methods in statistics, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and visual analytics.
  • You will collaborate closely with your Tribe Lead.
  • You will successfully communicate your results to the customer and subsequently support the comprehensive implementation of your idea together with the Data Engineering team.
  • As an expert with specialized knowledge, you will participate in customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a data-driven field of study.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts understandably, as well as out-of-the-box thinking.
  • High commitment to continuous learning and testing new tools and technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project experience in the Data environment, ideally in a consulting firm.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
  • Very good knowledge of software development (Python, object-oriented).
  • Practical experience in Data Science areas such as LLMs/NLP (e.g., Transformer, Conversational AI) or Computer Vision (e.g., Stable Diffusion, OCR).
