About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our People Centred Security Squad, focused on building security processes that allow the bank to move at pace while protecting customers. You will work closely with a full-time Security Awareness Analyst and the Security Awareness Manager, in a team dedicated to the human side of security, collaborating with teams across Security and the entire company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of relevant, engaging, and impactful security awareness content across multiple channels.
  • Independently create micro-learning content and targeted behavioural nudges that encourage secure habits.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the security awareness programme.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, jargon-free guidance.
  • Assist with major awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations and safe data handling initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation such as content calendars and campaign retrospectives.
  • Improve human-centred security behaviours to help protect customers and colleagues.
  • Use metrics, dashboards, and behavioural insights to shape the security awareness roadmap.
  • Apply behavioural science principles to design effective awareness interventions.
  • Share timely communications about relevant live security threats.
  • Represent the Monzonaut experience within security engineering projects.
  • Build strong relationships across Security and with stakeholders in People, Tech, Risk, and Customer Operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in security awareness, internal communications, or a role focused on influencing human behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, engaging guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities with minimal day-to-day direction.
  • Solid understanding of common information security risks such as phishing, social engineering, password security, and safe data handling.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and actively seek feedback.
