About the Role
Mollie Stone’s Markets is seeking an Experienced Assistant Manager to oversee operations of their Coffee Kiosk within the San Francisco - Pac Heights store. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee, prior management experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist manager in supervising all Coffee employees.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with team members, the store, and other departments.
- Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy customers.
- Assist staff in building expertise in coffee, teas, and merchandise to accurately answer customer questions and offer recommendations.
- Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior.
Requirements
- Previous coffee and supervisor/management experience required.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.
- Able to work a flexible shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Local candidates only.
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to sit up to 1 hour per day.
- Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to reach up to 4 hours per day.
