Responsibilities
- Develop plans to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration by actively utilizing multiple channels.
- Understand headquarters strategies and create sales plans for new and existing markets.
- Provide pharmaceutical information tailored to customer needs through various channels.
- Gather market information and develop area plans based on insights into competitor trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Identify business growth opportunities and threats within a specific area.
- Provide advice and positively influence other team members.
- Understand and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers, Headquarters Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
- Formulate and execute specific annual plans to achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Prioritize activities within the assigned area in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide information on company products and gather information on drug usage, including from pharmacy and nursing departments, to promote appropriate drug use.
- Analyze information from customers and stakeholders, and current market conditions to revise plans and execute new customer development.
- Visit affiliated distributors to collect and provide information, including product usage.
- Consider and execute appropriate and continuous follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Report progress and market information to management.
- Understand the overall team situation beyond the assigned area, support members needing assistance, and improve customer service quality.
- Utilize cross-functional teams to identify and execute factors that will impact future growth areas and business.
- Comply with promotion codes and maintain the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance, and accountability.
- Acquire and practice knowledge of current compliance regulations (HCC/SOP/Expenses/HR Rules/Promotion Code/Sales Information Provision Activity GL).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Effective presentation skills, conveying key points using appropriate tools based on audience understanding.
- Effective communication skills to understand audience needs, ask appropriate questions, persuade, and close sales.
- Facilitation skills to lead meetings and foster team building within the sales office.
- Area planning skills involving logical analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to maximize product performance and support team members.
- IT skills to actively use the latest devices and software for information provision and support team members.
- Basic knowledge of people management.
- Ability to objectively identify potential issues through the insight of current situations.
- Ability to build and maintain effective trust relationships with stakeholders for cooperation in difficult situations.
- Ability to keenly sense hidden customer needs and provide proposals that exceed expectations.
- Ability to predict potential future problems, make appropriate judgments, prioritize tasks, and manage progress.
- Ability to influence and support members both within and outside the sales office to achieve results efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to identify team challenges, provide advice to other members, and offer support for achieving current and future goals.
- Commitment to continuous self-development for performance improvement.
- Provide opportunities and guidance for developing subordinates, including challenging them in areas of weakness.
