About the Role

Envision Education seeks a Spanish Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year at our San Francisco High School, City Arts and Leadership. This course requires a current Single Subject Teaching Credential in World Languages (Spanish) credential. This opportunity includes a $5,000 City Arts and Leadership Supplement and a $4,000 Supplement for Credentialed Teachers.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt, Internalize, and Develop lesson and unit plans aligned to network curriculum.
  • Participate in regular professional development and coaching cycles.
  • Develop a strong sense of community and belonging in the classroom.
  • Leverage student-facing data to differentiate for diverse learners.
  • Serve as an advisor and teach daily advisory curriculum.
  • Collaborate in grade level and department teams.
  • Build strong relationships with families.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher
  • Valid California Teaching Credential or out of state equivalent with ability to transfer required.
  • Demonstrated success working with parents and families, especially Black, African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant families.
