About the Role
We are seeking a Plant Manager to drive and lead initiatives required to achieve the site cost budget using a continuous improvement outlook. The role is accountable for P&L cost lines through production forecasting, driving safety, operational excellence, supply chain, and reliability. You will have full accountability for the operations and overall management and performance of the site, applying a hands-on leadership approach to the full supply chain.
Responsibilities

- Oversee operations and overall management and performance of the site.
- Apply a hands-on leadership approach to the full supply chain, from materials management to customer delivery.
- Build a culture with a strong Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence mindset.
- Drive improved performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure operations are cost and time effective while aligning with quality and safety requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of safety is achieved.
