About the Role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager/Lead to ensure timely, accurate, and effective financial data for business decisions. This involves data collection, accurate booking, effective reporting, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure month-end close within 3 business days by booking revenue/expenses, applying inter-company transfer pricing, making accruals, and performing journal entries for 15 global entities.
• Prepare individual legal entity reporting, consolidated views for operating groups, and overall group reporting, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cashflow Statements.
• Support sales tax/VAT calculations, reporting, and filing across Canada, the USA, and the EU.
• Coordinate with external tax partners for year-end preparation, corporate filings, and tax optimization projects.
• Utilize technology, modern tooling, and AI to automate and augment manual, repetitive tasks.
