About the Role
In this role, you will translate Mission Australia’s purpose into powerful, integrated marketing initiatives and projects that drive meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes. You will shape and deliver high-impact activity that strengthens our brand, supports strategic objectives, and helps more people access the support they need.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-impact, organisation-wide campaigns, leading the strategy, planning and execution from end to end
- Translate organisational priorities into clear, insight-led marketing plans that deliver measurable results
- Oversee campaign delivery across multiple portfolios, ensuring activity is aligned, integrated and delivered on time and on budget
- Bring together digital, brand, content and communications to create cohesive, audience-led campaigns
- Partner with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and providing strategic marketing advice to influence decisions
- Lead, coach and empower a team of Marketing Business Partners, building capability and driving consistently strong performance
- Use data and insights to track performance, optimise campaigns and continuously improve outcomes
- Identify risks early, navigate complexity and remove roadblocks to keep delivery on track
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- 6–10+ years’ experience in marketing, campaigns or a related field, with a track record of delivering results
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or complex marketing initiatives from strategy through to execution
- Strong experience managing or mentoring team members, with the ability to build capability and lift performance
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and delivery outcomes
- Proven ability to use data and insights to inform decisions, optimise performance and demonstrate impact
- Confidence operating in complex environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks
- Obtain a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people
